"Dancer" was raised to preserve bloodlines that are quite rare. He was branded GOLD Premium at his foal inspection. He has the kind of temperament that should be being produced for the majority of riders. He is even used as a lesson horse as needed and is Craig's personal schoolmaster and "just plain fun" horse. |
Dancer won the USDF/DSH Young Horse Championship at the Pheasant Open Dressage Show as a Yearling. He should have been promoted as a Hunter, but being located in South Dakota made that impossible. Now that he is in South Carolina, we are using him more as a sire and are very happy with what he is producing. We will probably be keeping his fillies and offering his colts in the future as geldings. Due to being closely related to most of our mares, Dancer has not sired many offspring. We have his daughter RF Mocha who is the dam of RF Laffitte, by Lion King who sold for over $50,000 as a Hunter prospect and RF AllThatAndThenSome, by BJC Asher Seven, who is being produced as an upper level Event horse. Another daughter RF More Than Fancy was sold into a successful Endurance program. He is the sire of RF Metallic, owned, shown and loved by Danica
Yates in MT, and headed for a successful career as a Dressage horse.
